iShawarma is now actively looking for franchisees who are interested in purchasing existing restaurants, as well as those interested in opening up in new markets. Interested partners must love the brand and be willing to invest in an "incredible" shawarma experience. Candidates will require a minimum of $200,000 cash and have $100,000 in equity to qualify. The fixed cost to build out the store varies from $200,000 to $400,000 depending on the site selected.
